About Us
Highbury Poultry is a small independent private limited company in Shropshire, with over 50 years of experience in processing live poultry. The site currently processes more than 10 million chicken’s per annum and employs approximately 100 people.
Predominately we process whole-birds including free range, all are sold fresh in a variety of formats, being loose, string tied and tray wrapped. We can also offer a limited range of cut products including wing on Double Breast and Legs.
The site is 100% Halal slaughter, Higher Level BRC accredited, Red Tractor Approved and HACCP controlled .
All our farms are within a 50 mile radius of the processing site which enables our customer base to enjoy a locally reared product. Our agricultural policy allows us to offer our customer base full trace ability from egg to plate
